Pacific Tool Inc. was founded in 1966 to serve Boeing’s specialized aerospace tool needs. Since then, we have worked with every Boeing airplane program, starting with the 727 and subsequently the 737, 747, 757, 767, 777 and 787. We have a wide array of manual and advanced computer-numeric-controlled (CNC) machining equipment for high-precision, specialized tool manufacturing. Our factory and machining capabilities are tailored for the diverse universe of specialized aerospace tool requirements. Our company maintains certification to AS9100:2016 and ISO9001:2015 standards.
What are Boeing ST and UT tools?
A Boeing Standard Tool (ST) or Utility Tool (UT) is a Boeing-designed tool, proprietary to Boeing and only available through a Boeing licensee. ST and UT tools are designed for specific production and assembly operations or work procedures. These tools usually both speed the process and ensure work is completed within tolerance.
How do I set up an account?
We have provided a common checklist and documents you may need to qualify Pacific Tool for your procurement system. All orders under $5,000 are by credit card only, unless terms are requested by contacting Julia Ryakhovskiy.
Can Pacific Tool provide the Boeing ST equivalent tool for the existing tool we are using?
If you are using a substitute or non-approved tool, we can provide the Boeing ST match or equivalent.
Does Pacific Tool do more than specialized aerospace tooling or Boeing Standard Tools?
